Description |

To
develop technical specification documentation per business
requirements, perform code changes, develop test plans
and specific test scripts, design system testing requirements
and run full system / regression test to minimize impact
to existing systems and provide post-implementation
support. All work will adhere to HRIS development life
cycle and QA Standards.

| Responsibilities |

|
Candidate
will be responsible for coding changes on various HRIS
interface programs. The project is a large enterprise-wise
effort to streamline, standardize and re-engineer the
client's process and tools with regards to forecasting
and actuals.

Profile |
| |
 |
Previous
work experience with Peoplesoft Enterprise products
(version 7.0 or higher), PS HRMS (Human Resources
Management Application) a plus
|
|
2-3
years of programming experience using PeopleTools
I, II, Peoplecode, SQR (Structured Query Language)
and SQL. Be able to debug and code medium size
programs. Knowledge of PS architecture
|
|
Previous work experience in applying
software upgrades on an enterprise software product
(Peoplesoft HRMS a plus)
|
|
2-3
years of experience working with a database management
system (Oracle a plus). Experience in production
support environment solving batch and online issues
|
|
Requires
familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle
(SDLC). Experienced in the development of functional
and technical specifications
|
|
Knowledgeable of networked/distributed
computing concepts across environments
|
|
Must be comfortable working in
global and fast-paced environment
|
